What was the highlight of ZEN Rooms Basic Jacana Road Palawan
Good place yet affordable
They were able to grant our special request which is to have a connecting room.
One staff in particular was not accommodating. She was the one responsible for serving our breakfast. We felt that she didn’t like what she’s doing. Other staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating.

What was the highlight of ZEN Rooms Basic Jacana Road Palawan
Great. But not so great.
The staffs are very polite, respectful, helpful and jolly. We were able to talk to them comfortably and make jokes with them when we get a chance.
Our overhead shower doesn’t work and when we told them that it is somewhat broken, they didn’t fixed it or just transferred us to a room where the shower works. They just said it is really broken before we get there. After that, we tried borrowing a pale and a tabo for us to take a bath properly but unfortunately there was no available pale and tabo. Bottom line, we bought a pale and a tabo. The room is not so clean too. And is not complete. There was no slippers that you can use inside the room.

Excellent customer service, they were able to easily get us...
Excellent customer service, they were able to easily get us a scooter to rent and were very responsive to any questions or needs. They asked us what time we wanted our breakfast every night before and had someone waiting to cook every morning when we got there (just make sure you’re not late, we arrived 20 minutes after we originally said and the girl was leaving). Rooms are spacious. Overall the best hotel for the price we’ve had in over a month of traveling!
